Create a brief independent follow-up
Write one original sentence about what you need to study next, then use an independently selected public source or authorized material to review it. Add a retrieval prompt in your own words only when it helps you revisit that general concept later.
Look for recurring categories
Once a week, group your high-level labels and choose one or two patterns to address. This makes your review log a study-planning tool rather than a parallel archive of proprietary assessment content.
