Use the official CCS format materials to become familiar with the available interface elements and the case-simulation workflow. Set aside practice time to find information efficiently, track what you have already reviewed, and notice how your own workflow changes under time pressure.
Use a neutral case-organization routine
At the beginning of a practice case, pause to identify the setting, the information presented, and the task you need to complete in the simulation. Keep your notes focused on interface steps and learning goals, not a memorized clinical script.
Do not memorize a universal order set
Each simulated case calls for case-specific reasoning. This educational workflow does not supply a universal order set and is not patient-specific medical advice. For clinical care, use appropriate supervision, local protocols, and the information relevant to the individual patient.
